The
technique of Vipassana meditation is
a practical way to achieve peace of mind and live a happy, useful
life. It is learned by attending a 10 day residential course with a
qualified teacher where the student is free from distractions so that
the reality within can be studied.
It is the method taught by the Buddha to come out of suffering and is a
non-sectarian teaching suitable to all people regardless of religion,
gender, race or nationality.
Before applying for a course a student should read and accept the code
of discipline which explains what Vipassana is and is not, and what is
expected of the student when attending a course, which is a serious
undertaking.
